Palm Flower

Ok I don't necessarily know if this is technically a flower or not, but it looks like a flower made up of palms. I am also not sure what that pine cone like thing is in the middle of all the fronds, I really need to learn more about plants.

Morning Showers

These lilies were freshly showered by a morning sprinkling. As is evident by some of my previous pictures, I really like shots that have water droplets.

Stargazers

Here we got a nice cluster of stargazer lilies. They are one of my favorite flowers to photograph, I feel like its hard to take a bad photo of them.

My Bromeliad Flowering

This is the newly planted bromeliad I potted outside my house. It is flowering right now. I don't know enough about bromeliads to say if these are actually flowers, but they look like a flower to me so here they are. And not, that is not much house in the background.

It's always sunny...

Brighten things up for the summer. Yellow is usually not my favorite color for anything, but sometimes it works out really nice like this trio of flowers.

Fields of yellow and green

Ok fields might be a bit of a stretch, but there was a nice row of these yellow guys lined up along the path I was hiking. I went super shallow depth of field to put just that top portion in focus, make it stand out a bit more.

I have come to the realization that I have a soft spot for small weedy flowers. Maybe it's an underdog thing, or a short person thing.... I don't know. Anyways, these little guys were along a path a was hiking and I snapped a few shots of them.

Hello little twin weedy flowers from my backyard. These little weed like flowers grow all over the place down here. They're small, but nice for photographing.

Flower with Butterfly

Who said the flower picture only had to have flowers? Let's add a butterfly or moth and now we got a good picture. This little fella landed next to me one day while I was traipsing through the glades. I was only able to snap a few pictures of this guy but I managed to get this one in focus.

Flowering Vine

This little flower blooms on vines down here, I gotta work on figuring out what it is called. It has the nice range of blue and violets to it. This one was shot in the glades, but I also have this vine growing in my backyard!!
